On March 13, 2008 and March 8, 2007 for Part A/B and April 12, 2007 for Part C/D, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted webconferences to guide grantees as they develop a quality management infrastructure.

  • Uses and benefits of participatory processes and adoption of these processes
  • Keys to set up/maintain a quality management committee
