This guide, developed by the HIV/AIDS Bureau, details a step-by-step process for Ryan White-funded grantees and other HIV providers of all sizes and levels of experience to develop and implement a quality management program. It provides the tools to develop and implement a quality management program that is in accordance with the Ryan White Program and specifies the quality requirements and expectations for each Ryan White Part. Many concrete examples are included, such as a quality management plan template, sample indicators, and quality committee/team tools.
