On December 11, 2008 and December 13, 2007, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted a national quality improvement technical assistance webconference on making the business case for quality in health care. This intermediate-advanced level session provided lessons learned from the field and strategies that can be used to drive the business case for quality in HIV care.
