The National Quality Center (NQC) has developed this curriculum guide for facilitators, ‘Making Sure HIV Patient Self Management Work,’ and is the companion publication to ‘Making Sure Your HIV Care Is the Best It Can Be.’
This training curriculum offers interactive exercises to train HIV clinical providers to support patients as they advocate for their clinical care, enabling them to play a pivotal role in their care.
The tool consists of three items:
