On September 8, 2011, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted a technical assistance webconference on involving consumers in quality improvement efforts.  NQC also held calls on this topic in July of 2009 and 2010.  Past co-presenters included consumers who were involved in their respective Ryan White program as well grantees who shared simple tips and strategies to effectively engage consumers to improve the quality of care provided.
