On May 14, 2009, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted a technical assistance webconference for providers on action planning for quality improvement.  Action planning is an important resource for healthcare professionals.  The call gave an overview of the key components of action plans, prerequisites for a successful action plan, and steps to take for effective implementation.
