On November 10, 2011, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted a technical assistance webconference on Quality Management for Non-Clinical Services.
The grantee presenters included the Kansas Part B program, Illinois State, St. Joseph, MO Department of Health, and Portland TGA Multnomah County Health Department. They highlighted their Quality Management infrastructure, as well as their improvement activities.
