On October 13, 2011, October 14, 2010 and October 8, 2009, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted technical assistance webconferences on health literacy. 

Learning objectives included:

• Understand the need for screening patients for health literacy.
• Explore several options for health literacy screening and measurement.
• Learn from peer grantees how they are addressing health literacy needs of their patients.
