On April 8, 2010, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted a national quality improvement technical assistance webconference on sharing and displaying facility performance data.

Learning objectives included:

  • Understand the importance of sharing data effectively with your target audience to generate momentum for quality improvement
  • Learn strategies to share data effectively (ie. averages vs. medians, top and bottom percentages, effective use of graphs, etc.)
  • Learn how peer grantees share data effectively with their staff, providers, consumers and/or subcontractors

Grantee presenters included:

  • Lincoln Community Health Center Early Intervention Clinic
  • City of Austin Health and Human Services Department
