Part D Activities

NQC is continuing to support Part D grantees in their quality improvement efforts. As always, direct onsite technical assistance is available to grantees of all Parts.

Our November call had a lively discussion around the work of your Part D colleagues in Connecticut. The tools that were mentioned on this call are now posted in the 2011 Presentations section of the website. Look for the file titled Nov 28 2011 call. It is a self extracting file meaning that you simply have to save it to the location of your choice and then double click on it. It will extract all the tools and slides for you.
